Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within two to three working days. Once dispatched, our courier partner typically takes six to seven working days to deliver your order to your doorstep, depending on the duration required for customs clearance. All shipments are delivered via air freight to ensure a faster, more efficient, and hassle-free experience.


Return Policy

We accept returns within fourteen days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided. If the returned item is found to be used, damaged, missing any parts, or damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Before sending any item back, please contact us first, as returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once your return request has been approved, please share the shipping label as soon as possible and pack the product securely in its original state to avoid any issues with return eligibility.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if the product received is not as described. A refund will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please contact us within fourteen days of receiving your order if you wish to request a refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within ten business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund process. If more than fifteen business days have passed since your refund was approved, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email for further assistance.


Exceptions

Please note that refunds and returns will not be accepted in cases where products are damaged due to installation errors, misuse, mishandling, abuse, or natural disasters. Items that have been accidentally or intentionally damaged are also not eligible for return or refund.


Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This will allow us to evaluate the issue promptly and provide an appropriate solution. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for sale items or gift cards.
