At King of Rims, We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

Warranty Coverage

All wheels sold by King of Rims are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use.
Unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer, the standard warranty period is:

●    One (1) year from the original date of purchase.

If a defect covered under this warranty is confirmed, King of Rims or the wheel manufacturer may, at its discretion:

●    Repair the defective wheel,
●    Replace it with an equivalent model, or
●    Offer store credit or a refund if a replacement is unavailable.

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover the following:

●    Damage caused by improper installation, modification, or use.
●    Cosmetic imperfections including scratches, peeling, discoloration, or corrosion caused by neglect, poor maintenance, or external factors.
●    Damage from accidents, impacts, potholes, curbs, or road hazards.
●    Use with incompatible tires, incorrect fitment, or improper torque.
●    Damage from harsh cleaning agents, road salts, or environmental exposure.
●    Normal wear and tear.
●    Wheels that have been resold, altered, or modified after purchase.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim:

1.    Email us at kingofrims.info@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos or videos of the defect.
2.    Our team will review your claim and may request additional information or inspection.
If your claim is approved, we will provide further instructions for return, replacement, or resolution.

Please note:
●    Shipping costs for returning the product may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.
●    Repaired or replacement wheels do not extend or restart the original warranty period.

 

Warranty Transfer

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KOR Empire Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including vehicle damage, inconvenience, or loss of time.

Our total liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the wheel.
